Shipping policy
Order processing
Orders are generally prepared and dispatched from our distribution centre in France within 2–4 business days after the order has been confirmed.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in France. During sales, product launches and other high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, delivery generally takes up to 6 additional business days, depending on the destination, selected delivery service and carrier.
The estimated delivery timeframe available for your order will be displayed at checkout before you place your order. Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption or customs processing. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If no other delivery period has been agreed, your order will be delivered no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. If your order is delayed, please contact us at info@topodesigns.eu.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs vary according to:
- the delivery destination;
- the total weight of the order; and
- the delivery service available or selected.
The prices shown below are starting rates. The exact shipping cost applicable to your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you place the order.
Where free shipping is available, it applies when the value of the eligible products in the order reaches the indicated threshold after discounts have been applied.
Duties, taxes and DDP delivery
All orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.
The prices and amounts displayed at checkout include all applicable taxes, import duties and customs clearance charges associated with delivery to the selected destination. Customers will not be asked to pay additional import taxes, customs duties or clearance charges upon delivery.
This applies to deliveries both inside and outside the European Union.

Carriers
The carriers listed above are provided for information. The carrier assigned to an order may vary depending on the destination, parcel weight, selected delivery service and operational availability.
The carrier and tracking information applicable to your order will be confirmed after dispatch.
Delivery address and instructions
Customers are responsible for checking that the delivery address provided with the order is complete and accurate.
Where available, additional delivery instructions may be entered during checkout. We will forward these instructions to the carrier, but we cannot guarantee that every request can be fulfilled.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your delivery details. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may no longer be able to change its delivery address.
This does not limit our responsibility where a delivery problem is caused by Topo Designs Europe or by a carrier selected by us.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the parcel has been handed over to the carrier. If your tracking information has not been updated for an unusual length of time, please contact us at info@topodesigns.eu.
Delayed or lost parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please check the tracking information and contact us with your order number.
If a parcel appears to have been lost, we will investigate the delivery with the carrier and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory rights.
Topo Designs Europe remains responsible for the goods until you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of them.
If we fail to deliver your order within the agreed delivery period, you may ask us to complete delivery within an additional reasonable period. If we still fail to deliver within that additional period, you may terminate the contract and receive a refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.
An additional period is not required where we have refused to deliver or where delivery by the agreed date was essential and you informed us of this requirement before placing the order.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please:
- photograph the parcel before opening it, where reasonably possible;
- photograph any damage to the products; and
- contact info@topodesigns.eu with your order number and the photographs.
Photographs help us investigate the issue with the carrier, but providing photographs is not a condition for exercising your statutory rights.
Please do not return a damaged, incorrect or non-conforming product through the standard return process before contacting us. We will provide the appropriate assistance and, where a return is required, the necessary return costs will not be charged to you.
Risk during delivery
For delivery methods offered by Topo Designs Europe, the risk of loss or damage remains with us until the order is physically received by you or by a third party designated by you.
This section does not affect your legal rights concerning goods that are damaged, faulty, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming.
Returns and right of withdrawal
Consumers have 14 days from the date on which they, or a third party designated by them, take physical possession of the goods to notify us of their decision to withdraw, subject to the limited exceptions provided by applicable law.
