We want you to love every item you purchase from Topo Designs. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer:

Free returns within 14 days for full-priced products.
Charged returns for Sale items.

⚠️ Important notices:

Outlet items
Products purchased from the Outlet and final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
Please make sure to carefully review your order before completing your return.

All returned items must be in original condition: unused, unwashed, unaltered, labelled and free of pet hair.

Uncollected Parcel

Any order not collected from a pickup point and automatically returned to us will be subject to a €5 handling fee.
This amount will be deducted from the refund to cover return shipping and processing costs.

⚠️ Returned product without label will be charges 5€.

📦 Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order online.

Shipping

Shipping inside the European Union

We ship as fast as we can so you can start enjoying your gear. Most orders are processed and out the door in 2-4 business days, but transit time can take up to 6 days, depending on your distance from our distribution center in France. Please contact us if you have any shipping questions. Also, please add any extra delivery instructions to the comment section of your order.

Shipping outside of the European Union

International shipments require additional duties and taxes to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery, which are not covered in our shipping rates. Make sure to check with your local postal service or customs office to find out what these fees will be before you place an order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Damaged Shipments

We've vetted our carriers to provide the best possible shipping and customer care; however, occasional issues do arise. If you see major damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a picture of your package before opening it and send it to info@topodesigns.eu. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and tracking number (please be prepared to provide an alternative and secure address for a second delivery attempt).

Shipping cost :

France

The shipping cost depends on the weight of the order, starting from 4,87€ for orders less than 80€.
Free shipping on orders over 80€.

Shipping to France is handled by 2Shop, DPD Predict.

Belgium

The shipping cost depends on the weight of the order, starting from 6,29€ for orders less than 80€.

Shipping to Belgium is handled by 2shop Europe or GLS.
