Handle Your Returns in Europe
We want you to love everything you purchase from Topo Designs. If you purchased an item directly from our website, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you wish to return it. Returns are free for full-priced items. For Sale and Outlet items, the return shipping fee must be paid when creating your return label.
Exchanges: We do not process direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order online.

How to return?
1.
Log into our return portal with your order number and email address.
2.
Select the items you wish to return and the reason code. Use your invoice to ensure you are choosing the correct style-colour-code combination.
3.
Print your return label and return form. Pack the items securely, preferably using the original order packaging, and place the return form inside the parcel. Attach the return label securely to the outside of the package.
4.
Drop your package off at your nearest postage point. Please send your parcel without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your return. Please be sure to retain your shipping receipt as Customer Service may require it.

Your return will be sent to our main warehouse for inspection. Refunds are issued to the original payment method without undue delay and within 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we receive the items or proof of shipment. For full-order returns, standard delivery charges are refunded; premium delivery costs are not.
Returns policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you wish to return an item.
Returns are free for full-priced items. For Sale and Outlet items, the return shipping fee must be paid when creating your return label. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or non-conforming products.
Once you have notified us of your return, you must send the item back within 14 days.
You may inspect and try on the item as you would in a store. Please return it unused beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics and fit, and, where possible, with its original labels attached. We may deduct from your refund any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.
Return requests submitted after the 14-day withdrawal period may not be accepted, except where you have additional rights in relation to a faulty or non-conforming product.
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order online.
