Our commitment

Topo Designs Europe is committed to making its online shopping experience accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.

Our website is operated by French Albion and uses Shopify as its e-commerce platform.

We are working towards meeting the accessibility requirements applicable to e-commerce services under Directive (EU) 2019/882, known as the European Accessibility Act, as implemented in the relevant national laws.

Scope of this statement

This statement applies to www.topodesigns.eu and to the main services offered through the website, including:

• website navigation and search;
• product information and product selection;
• customer accounts;
• shopping cart and checkout;
• payment and delivery selection;
• order tracking, returns and customer support.

Some parts of the shopping experience may be provided through Shopify or other third-party applications and services integrated into our website.

Accessibility standard

Our objective is to make the website perceivable, operable, understandable and robust.

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and the relevant requirements of  EN 301 549  as technical references for improving the accessibility of our online service.

These objectives include:

• making essential functionality available using a keyboard;
• providing meaningful text alternatives for relevant non-text content;
• maintaining sufficient colour contrast and readable content;
• using clear headings, labels and instructions;
• helping users identify and correct errors in forms;
• supporting commonly used browsers and assistive technologies;
• avoiding content or interactions that may create unnecessary accessibility barriers.

Current accessibility status

Topo Designs Europe has not yet completed a formal accessibility audit of the website.

We are therefore not currently able to claim that the website fully or partially conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA or to all applicable European accessibility requirements. A complete list of accessibility limitations has not yet been established.

A formal assessment is required to identify existing barriers, prioritise corrective measures and establish an accurate level of conformity. This statement will be updated following that assessment and whenever significant changes are made to the website.

Third-party services

Certain features, including payment services, customer account functions, reviews, loyalty features, returns, order tracking and other applications, may be provided or hosted by third parties.

We aim to select and configure these services with accessibility in mind. However, some aspects of their accessibility may depend on the relevant third-party provider. We will work with our service providers where an accessibility issue affects the customer journey.

If you have reported an accessibility issue and believe that our response has not adequately addressed it, you may contact the competent accessibility or market-surveillance authority in your country.

For services provided from France, accessibility requirements applicable to e-commerce services are supervised by the Direction générale de la concurrence, de la consommation et de la répression des fraudes (DGCCRF). Consumers may also submit a report through  SignalConso.

This statement was prepared on 4 August 2026 based on the information currently available about the website and its services.

No formal technical accessibility audit had been completed at the date of publication. The statement will be reviewed after the first audit and following significant changes to the website or its integrated services.
