Great organizer and spacious enough for a 1–2 day business trip. Good and very functional!
I love this bag, which I have been using with the roller bag. I really like switching between backpack and briefcase. I would have liked a lighter interior (the neon yellow!) and also to have some safe pockets and/or a way to lock the zipper to protect valuable items, but overall, it is really pretty and practical.
I've only used it a couple of times so far, but I really like it. It seems quite sturdy and handles long walks on uneven urban pavements well. I would give it five stars if it had a yellow (or simply lighter) interior instead of black.

Bought this in a more feminine colour because we were so happy with how it performed for my son. Sure, it's designed for adults but its 'mini' form is great for small kids who need something for kindergarten.
Incredible quality - our son's shows almost no wear after two years of daily use - and the colours are clearly very well thought-out.

Strikingly nice! Colours are very faithful to what you see on screen, as well as the shape. So, tehre wre no surprises when I opened the package! :)
Maybe a slightly larger external pocket would be useful for the refillable bottle + an elastic (or other feature) to prevent from falling. A zipped inside pocket could also be useful.
I also suggest you put some pictures of the inside of the backpacks and bags in the online shops.

I love the bag, looks really cute and it can fit more than it looks. It's also really comfortable on the back. The only thing that could be improved are the side pockets. They're really small and tight and can barely fit anything, kind of losing its purpose. It would be nice if they could comfortably fit a water bottle, otherwise it's very impractical. I could barely fit my small water bottle and was always struggling to put it in or out the pocket. Just a bit more space or more flexible material would do it.

Good product, but I wanted to clarify two things, not related to this product but in general regarding orders from the topodesigns.eu website:
1) the goods take too long to reach their destination (in my case, shipping goes from France to southern Italy), usually taking about 9 days. Secondly, it's too long... the customer should be given the option of paying for express shipping to reduce shipping times.
2) the packaging for the goods (I bought 3 bags, 1 hat, and several small micro, small, and medium bags) is almost always missing. I rarely found a cardboard box to protect the purchased goods. In my last purchase of 2 Bag Bundles, I found neither the packaging nor a protective bag for the bags, but everything was directly wrapped in the courier's plastic bag; so much so that one micro bag separated from the others.
I don't like the way they ship.

2) the Mountain Cross Bag 17L
3) the Global Briefcase 20L
The Global Pro 3-Way Briefcase 20L is aesthetically unique. The fabric seems innovative, and the brand guarantees its wear resistance and considers it tear-resistant. Let's hope so. I don't like shoulder straps for backpack use, and such straps make the bag bulkier.
The hooks (hardware) on this one seem sturdy and of higher quality than the hooks on the Mountain Cross Bag 17L; let's hope the hooks are strong and durable, and that the sewn-in loops on the bag also hold up.
The front pocket is very nice, allowing you to store smaller items without having to open the main compartment. The retractable handles are also nice.
The internal organization is better than the Global Briefcase 20L, but it still needs improvement.
The side handle (the one used when the bag is converted into a backpack) seems to be too protruding and noticeable.
I haven't used the Global Pro 3-Way Briefcase 20L yet, but I have to say it's very stiff and hard (I hope it softens with use).
I hope to be proven wrong and perhaps contact the Topo Designs design team to reassure me about the durability of this bag's material and whether it will soften with use.
I own the Dark Pine colorway (nice color).

Good product, well-made and durable. Just one note: when inserting the thin, flexible plastic string that holds the three pouches together, be careful, as the string can puncture the pouches. For example, after removing the plastic string (without forcing it), there was a small hole in the yellow lining of the smaller pouch. Now, that hole seems to be gone. Keep in mind that I haven't used the micro pouch yet.
Thank you for your feedback. The plastic fastener is inserted between the fabric fibres using a needle, which may temporarily separate them without damaging the material. This is why the small opening disappeared after removal. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

The Global Briefcase 20L is aesthetically unique. The two external pockets are roomy, but the interior is unorganized (just plain spaces without any organizational pockets). The bag is roomy. It feels sturdy, but it's currently too stiff (I hope it softens with use). I don't like shoulder straps for backpack use, and I would never use it as a backpack, as I find the shoulder straps safe. The shoulder strap and its hooks are well-made, but I'm not sure if the small, narrow loop sewn to the bag can support the weight of the bag and its contents. Furthermore, the V-shaped hook on the shoulder strap always keeps the loop fabric folded, never flat, which could lead to excessive wear and tear over time. I hope to be proven wrong and perhaps contact the Topo Designs project team to reassure me about the strength of this loop. I replaced the original shoulder strap with another one and a carabiner with a flat bar that prevents the loop from bending.

Mountain Cross Bag 17L - weak and not very durable hooksI own three Topo Designs bags:

The Mountain Cross Bag 17L is aesthetically pleasing and the perfect size, it's colorful, and it looks great. The interior is well-organized, but I would have designed the various compartments with slightly thicker material. It's not extremely durable, but it's adequate for my purpose. I don't always carry my laptop in it. I don't like the shoulder strap hooks at all; they're plastic and, in my opinion, not very durable or sturdy; in fact, they could break, risking the bag falling to the floor. I hope to be proven wrong and perhaps contact the Topo Designs design team to reassure me about the durability of the swivel hooks. I've replaced them with zinc alloy or stainless steel hooks. The hooks are the first thing I'd change on this bag.
