Strikingly nice! Colours are very faithful to what you see on screen, as well as the shape. So, tehre wre no surprises when I opened the package! :)
Maybe a slightly larger external pocket would be useful for the refillable bottle + an elastic (or other feature) to prevent from falling. A zipped inside pocket could also be useful.
I also suggest you put some pictures of the inside of the backpacks and bags in the online shops.
I love the bag, looks really cute and it can fit more than it looks. It's also really comfortable on the back. The only thing that could be improved are the side pockets. They're really small and tight and can barely fit anything, kind of losing its purpose. It would be nice if they could comfortably fit a water bottle, otherwise it's very impractical. I could barely fit my small water bottle and was always struggling to put it in or out the pocket. Just a bit more space or more flexible material would do it.
