Building products that stand the test of time and can work anywhere on your map is our goal. Fewer things, that can be combined in endless ways, to work in any environment. Whether traveling the globe or headed to the backcountry, we want to make sure everything will go out and come back in one piece, year after year. We use the highest quality fabrics, hardware and materials, and overbuild everything we make.

Our Bags

We stand behind our quality and durability on all packs, bags and accessories, which is why Topo Designs offers a reasonable lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by neglect, improper care, accident, or normal wear and tear.

Our Apparel

Topo Designs also offers a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on apparel. We design and build every piece with quality and durability at the forefront. We expect that you'll use your gear, so normal wear and tear isn't covered. If you still love our worn apparel too much to get rid of, check out our Repairs Program below.

Our Repairs Program

One of the best parts of building products that last, is that they become a part of the people that own them. World travel companions, daily pack mules, and protective second skins. Some products tend to be used so much they suffer from a bit of tough love. We get that, and instead of replacing them, we want to offer you the opportunity to get them nursed to health and back in action.

We also realize that sometimes accidents happen to new things. So even if your dog ate it, you fell on your bike ride, or the realization that gum and zippers don't mix, reach out and ask us about helping you fix an "oops."

Our repairs program is focused on creating a rehab center for those well-loved or accident-prone pieces so they can stay in the family, reducing the number of pieces that are discarded for something new.

We offer two options to repair your product. See the options below.

Warranty Claims

Ultimately, it is at the discretion of Topo Designs if a product is eligible for repair, but we’ll always work with you to determine the best solution possible. On average, repairs take about 4-6 weeks to complete, and we’ll keep you updated if it exceeds this amount of time for any reason. We also encourage you to check out local options to make the repairs process quick and easy. A tailor in your area can not only fix most issues, especially with apparel, but will also cut down on your costs and the environmental impact of shipping the product back and forth. My only wish is that we could find also in a smaller size too! Like 32-35 cm wide

The Right Size for the Right Stuff

Power blocks, cables, a small ereader... it all fits without the bag becoming a black hole. The zippers grip well and the recycled material feels built to last. Same reliable format as the smaller sizes, just with more room where you actually need it.

Solid and Sorted

Socks, underwear, several t-shirts and something more. Everything fits, stays contained, and is easy to find. Slides neatly into a larger pack without wasting space. Good colours, practical format, and the zips have those small wings that make them easy to grip; a small detail Topo Designs gets right across their accessories. Holding up well with regular use.

Compact, Sorted, Done

Clips onto a pack or belt and stays out of the way until you need it. Keys, cards, a few small essentials — everything has a place and is actually easy to reach. I have two of them and their colourful combinations go with anything. Compact but thought through.

The bag is robust and efficient

The bag feels very well made, with high-quality materials and a sturdy zipper. Even when the larger compartment is fully packed, it holds its shape nicely. The ability to switch between a backpack and a shoulder bag is a great and much-appreciated feature.
