We want you to love everything you purchase from Topo Designs, and we stand by every item we make. If you purchased a product directly from our site and aren’t satisfied for any reason, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days on full price product. Regarding sales and outlet products the return has to be done within 14 days from date of purchase in Europe and will be charged.
Please note: any additional duties and taxes for international delivery will not be refunded
Exchanges: We do not do direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order online.
1. Log into our return portal with your order number and email address.
2. Select the items you wish to return and the reason code. Use your invoice to ensure you are choosing the correct style-colour-code combination.
3. Print your return label & form and pack your items in the original order packaging. Insert the return form (bottom section of the print out) inside your parcel. Securely attach the carrier label to the outside of your package.
4. Drop your package off at your nearest postage point. We suggest using in a timely manner, but please use within 30 days. Please be sure to retain your shipping receipt as Customer Service may require it.
5. Your package will be forwarded to our main returns warehouse where it will be processed within 3-14 business days.
The return window for fully priced products is 30 days after purchase. For the Outlet/Final sale products, the return window is 14 days after purchase. Simply return the product to us in its original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered, free of pet hair) and we'll issue you a refund. If you want to make an exchange for a different size or color the Returns Center will allow you to place an exchange order instantly. Orders marked as Outlet or Final Sale exceeding the 14 day window are not eligible for a return or exchange.
