Handle Your Returns in Europe
We want you to love everything you purchase from Topo Designs, and we stand by every item we make. If you purchased a product directly from our site and aren’t satisfied for any reason, we offer free returns within 30 days except sales and outlet that has to be return within 14 days from date of purchase in Europe.
Please note: any additional duties and taxes for international delivery will not be refunded
Exchanges: We do not process direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order online.
How to return?
1.
Log into our return portal with your order number and email address.
2.
Select the items you wish to return and the reason code. Use your invoice to ensure you are choosing the correct style-colour-code combination.
3.
Print your return label & form and pack your items in the original order packaging. Insert the return form (bottom section of the print out) inside your parcel. Securely attach the carrier label to the outside of your package.
4.
Drop your package off at your nearest postage point. We suggest using in a timely manner, but please use within 30 days. Please be sure to retain your shipping receipt as Customer Service may require it.
5.
Your package will be forwarded to our main returns warehouse where it will be processed within 3-14 business days.
Returns policy
The return window for fully priced products is 30 days after purchase and free of charge. For the Outlet/sale products, the return window is 14 days after purchase and the return will be charged. Simply return the product to us in its original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered, free of pet hair, with the label) and we'll issue you a refund. If the product is returned without the label you'll be charged of 5€. Orders marked as Outlet or Sale exceeding the 14 day window are not eligible for a return.
